Our eFlip Books use HTML5 thereby enabling them to be viewed on a wide range of devices from Desktop computers, Chromebooks and mobile devices.  The first time you open one of our eFlip Books in your browser it may take some time to load.  Each time after that there will be little or no wait as the eFlip Book will already be cached in your browser.

No.  Our eFlip Books are not a PDF of our books.  They include links and the ability to add annotations and bookmarks etc.  They can be displayed on multiple devices, but not shared or downloaded as a PDF.  Access authorisation to an eFlip Book is by a users email address only.

Your hard copy book order will be processed after it has been submitted (if in stock). Once processed your order will be sent via Post Haste couriers (New Zealand only). Delivery is usually ONE to TWO working days for the North Island and TWO to THREE working days for the South Island (excluding Saturdays).  

eFlip Book access details are sent by email within ONE busines day.

No, we use Post Haste couriers and they require that all freight is labelled with a New Zealand street address.

Due to the automated nature of the website we only accept credit cards online. If you still require any of our products and you do not have a credit card you can ring or email us detailing what book(s) you require. You can then directly credit the required amount into our bank account.

If you have registered on www.ddresources.co.nz and then attempt to login, but find you are not a registered member it is probably because your account has not been activated. When you register with www.ddresources.co.nz you are sent a confirmation email. To activate your account you need to click on the link in the email. Please ensure that you check your spam or junkfolder. If you still can't login please contact us via our contact us page so we can activate you account manually.

Yes, all payments via our website are processed through PayPal.  You can pay using your existing PayPal account or by credit card using Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Your personal information, credit card details and credit card payments are all secure when you shop on the D & D Resources website.

Shipping books from New Zealand to an overseas address via NZ Post is very expensive and always costs more than the value of the books.  D & D Resources Ltd offers an alternative for overseas customers which is our eFlip Books.  These are a digital form of our books and can be accessed online using your email address.

Orders of up to THREE books will incur a freight charge of $7.50.  There is an additional charge of $7.00 if your address is Rural Delivery. Orders of more than THREE books is freight FREE.  All freight charges will appear on your invoice at the time of purchase. Note: These freight charges are applicable to New Zealand customers only.

No. You can buy online without registering first. Just select the item(s) you wish to purchase by clicking on the applicable 'add to cart' button. Click on the 'check out' button and choose the option to 'continue as a guest'. You will be required to enter your shipping and billing information and then credit card details. You will then receive confirmation of your order and payment by email. We usually ship items within 24 hours and goods couriered to the North Island usually arrive within one to two working days, while to the South Island they usually take two to three working days.  eFlip Book access details are sent within one business day.

By registering as a school we can keep you informed about our monthly specials and latest news. Also the prices that will be displayed on the website will be school prices and you will be able to order directly, with the option to select 'Please Invoice' at checkout and enter an applicable school purchase order number.  At any time you can login into your account to view your previous orders under your account details.

By registering with us as an individual we can keep you informed about our specials and latest news. Also your address and personal details are keep on file meaning that each time you purchase from us you do not have to re-enter the details. In addition your purchase history will be included under your account details.

Yes our eFlip Books are identical in both paging and content to the printed versions of our books.

Individuals, teachers, schools, universities and book wholesalers are more than welcome to purchase any items advertised on our website. Schools, universities and book wholesalers should register first in order to receive discounted prices.  Schools, universities and wholesalers should use an email related to their institution or business when registering.
